MicroMentor's mission is to help entrepreneurs grow their businesses through mentoring and advising relationships with experienced peers and business professionals. MicroMentor is a pioneering web-based community and professional social network in the fields of microenterprise and microfinance. We are focused on producing business outcomes for individual entrepreneurs, increasing the opportunity for skills-based volunteering by business professionals, and strengthening local business assistance organizations, thereby effecting systemic change within the microenterprise development industry.

This CTC VISTA position will be focused on enhancing MicroMentor's use of web-based technologies to scale up program activity, increase operational efficiencies, and improve overall program quality. We will be looking to this VISTA to implement sustainable solutions in the areas of volunteer recruitment, community relationship management, program marketing, and program evaluation and client outcomes measurement.
